After rigorous maturation control, the grapes are harvested by hand in the third week of August. A part of the fermentation took place in barrels of 300 litres of French oak all having been carried out at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Color: citrus with greenish lavas.
Aroma: vanilla and notes of tropical fruits like mango, and pineapple.
Body: complex, soft, elegant fresh and persistent at the end.
Temperature: should be served at 8ºC;
Suggestion: as an appetizer or to accompany fish dishes in the oven and buttery cheeses.
