After strict maturation control, the grapes were harvested by hand, selected on a mat and destemmed. Macerated in an inert environment for 13 hours. The tear must was separated and clarified at 12°C. A part of 60% fermented and aged in French and American oak barrels for 7 months.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Color: open straw due to the peculiar maceration and aging in barrels;
Aroma: with tropical notes of mango, banana and passion fruit;
Body: with body, unctuousness, freshness and a very persistent finish, which will take you to an explosion of sensations.
Temperature: it should be served at a temperature of 8ºC-10ºC;
Suggestion: goes well with spicy fish dishes or meat due to its structure.
In French and American oak barrels for 7 months.
