Description
VINIFICATION
It is a wine obtained exclusively from a rigorous selection of the most famous white grape variety in the region: Loureiro. It comes from vines, conducted in a single cordon, with an average age of 15 years. The grapes are vinified in careful ways, in order to extract the maximum qualitative potential. After finishing the vinification process, the wine is kept in vats to later be stabilized and bottled.

Color: citrus;
Aroma: floral and citric fruits;
Body: light, fresh with a persistent taste and a character that is easy to harmonize with various dishes.
SERVE
Temperature: it should be served at a temperature of 6ºC-8ºC;
Suggestion: excellent to be consumed alone or as an aperitif, with salads, seafood, oriental dishes based on vegetables and white meat.
