Description
VINIFICATION
From the grapes of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, destemmed and pressed, the vinification proceeded with temperature control and selected yeasts. Part of it fermented in French oak barrels.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Color: open straw;
Aroma: tropical fruits, with hints of passion fruit and light vegetation characteristic of the variety;
Body: wine with medium structure, round and greedy, with a fresh and pleasant finish.
SERVE
Temperature: it should be served at a temperature of 6ºC-8ºC;
Suggestion: goes well with grilled fish dishes, pasta and salads.
