Description
VINIFICATION
Gentle destemming, crushing, pressing, must clarification, followed by a 20-day alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14-18ºC. This is followed by wine ageing in stainless steel.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Colour: Clear appearance, citrus yellow in colour.
Aroma: Fruity with floral notes, characteristic of the Fernão Pires grape variety.
Body: It has a sweet, balanced taste in the mouth, slightly acidic, with some persistence.

Temperature: 8-10ºC
Suggestion: This is a wine for quick consumption and can be enjoyed with any type of meal, particularly complementing fish dishes, white meats, or salads in suitable glassware.
