Description
VINIFICATION
It is a wine resulting from a blend of different red varieties: Vinhão, Borraçal and Espadeiro. These grapes come from vines with an average age of 25 years, whose conduction system is mostly in simple cord, although there is still some area in branches. The winemaking process begins with a light cold maceration, followed by tapping, in which the resulting liquid will be fermented using the white wine method, at controlled temperatures (17ºC). Finally, the wine is kept in stainless steel vats, to later be stabilized and bottled.
