Description
VINIFICATION
Gentle destemming, crushing, pressing, cold must settling, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by ageing in stainless steel.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Colour: Subtle, pale pink with red undertones.
Aroma: Intense and fresh with red fruit notes, and subtle vegetal hints.
Body: In the mouth, it presents itself with an elegant and balanced acidity, making it a very appealing rosé.
SERVE
Temperature: 10-12°C
Suggestion: Enjoy it as an aperitif or with any type of meal, especially light fish and white meat dishes or salads, in suitable glassware.
