The grapes were harvested by hand in early September; At the entrance of the cellar and after suffering destemming and a slight crushing, the grapes were vinified. The clean wort was decanted at 14 ° C for 48 hours and the fermentation proceeded at a controlled temperature.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Colour: pink with orange tones.
Aroma: red fruits and peach.
Body: soft, round and with a persistent finish.
Temperature: should be served at 12oC.
Suggestion: as an appetizer or to accompany pasta, pizza and fish dishes.
In American oak barrels for 2 months.
