After rigorous control of maturation the grapes were harvested by hand and stoned at the entrance of the cellar. The fermentation was carried out in mills with specific yeasts and at controlled temperature.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Color: intense ruby.
Aroma: floral notes, vanilla and spices;
Body: balanced, round and with persistent finish.
Temperature: should be served at 18oC.
Suggestion: perfect to accompany grilled and roasted meats.
