Grapes harvested by hand after strict maturation control. After destemming, the fermentation occurred with selected yeasts and at a controlled temperature of 26oC.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Color: intense ruby;
Aroma: expressive the vanilla, spices and lightly toasted;
Body: has structure volume and a fruity and persistent finish.
Temperature: should be served at 18oC.
Suggestion: it accompanies dishes of grilled meat or game.
