Description
VINIFICATION
Vinified using the traditional process of fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with crushing and complete destemming at a controlled temperature of around 28°C. Maceration for approximately 8 days, followed by ageing in stainless steel tanks.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Colour: Clear appearance, ruby red in colour.
Aroma: Youthful aroma of red fruits.
Body: In the mouth, it is smooth with an elegant structure, providing a pleasant finish.

Temperature: 16-18°C
Suggestion: This is a wine for quick consumption and can be enjoyed with any type of meal, especially complementing meat dishes, pasta, and cheese.
