After strict maturation control, the grapes were hand-picked, manually selected on a conveyor belt and destemmed. Fermented with selected yeasts at 26ºC for 9 days. Aged in French and American oak casks for 6 months.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Color: open garnet colored wine.
Aroma: with notes of red fruits, spices and toast.
Body: with structure and volume in the mouth, with unctuousness and a persistent finish.
Temperature: it should be served at a temperature of 16ºC;
Suggestion: goes well with roasted meat, game and buttery cheeses.
