Description
VINIFICATION
Grapes harvested by hand after strict maturation control, the grapes were completely destemmed at the entrance to the cellar. Fermentation took place at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Aroma: black fruits and balanced finish;
Body: young, fruity, medium-bodied wine.
SERVE
Temperature: it should be served at a temperature of 18ºC.
Suggestion: as an aperitif or accompanying pasta and white meats.
