After a rigorous maturation control, the grapes were harvested by hand and 100% destemmed at the entrance to the winery. Fermentation in lagars with specific yeasts and temperature control between 26-28oC.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Color: ruby with brownish tones;
Aroma: green pepper, coffee, pine nuts and toast.
Body: It is intense, silky and long staying in memory.
Temperature: should be served at 18oC.
Suggestion: it accompanies very well game dishes and strong cheeses.
