WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Color: garnet.
Aroma: with notes of red fruits, such as raspberries and wild fruits, such as ripe blackberries and berries, jams, jam, spices and balsamic sensations;
Body: with structure and volume in the mouth, in which the tannins feel well married to the wood where it aged, its unctuousness and complexity, fruit of the bottle aging, give it even greater character, making you feel the wine in its essence.
SERVE
Temperature: it should be served at a temperature of 18ºC.
Suggestion: it accompanies well-seasoned grilled and roasted meat dishes, game, cheeses and dried fruit.
AGEING
In French and American oak barrels for 18 months.
