The grapes were harvested on the 15th of August, destemmed and fermented at 22ºC for 7 days, in contact with the skins with autochthonous yeasts in a rotating vat, followed by light pressing. Part of the wine aged in French oak barrels and the other in cement deposits, the latter having undergone malolactic fermentation. The wine was filtered and bottled on May 19, 2021.
