At a controlled temperature was produced the base wine, from grapes of the Aragonez grape variety. Inoculated with selected yeasts, the second fermentation occurred in the bottle, according to the classical method. Trained for 12 months in basement prior to degórgement.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Color: vibrant pink
Aroma: notes of raspberry and flowers
Body: delicate, fresh, balanced, lively and persistent.
Temperature: should be served at 10oC.
Suggestion: on any occasion or to accompany salads, light foods or summer fruits.
In bottle for at least 12 months prior to performing the decongesting; “Remuage” in “desks” for 1 month;
